Welcome to cm8game. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and the management of the cm8game platform ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing the cm8game website, downloading our app, registering as a member, or using any of the services we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the cm8game platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to register and use the cm8game services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at cm8game. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different details — are strictly prohibited. If cm8game detects multiple accounts held by the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus balances will be forfeited. Original deposits will be returned once the investigation is complete.

KYC Verification Process

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is a standard procedure carried out by cm8game to verify member identity. You will need to submit the following documents:

• A valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• One proof of current address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter).

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed instantly and will be credited to your account within minutes.
• All deposits must be made from an account or payment instrument held in the name of the registered player.
• CM8Game does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 20 and varies depending on the chosen method.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for e-wallet and FPX methods.
• Withdrawals to credit/debit cards may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account held under the same name as the cm8game account.
• Bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal is processed.

CM8Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for the use of players who register legitimately and cannot be transferred to other players.
• CM8Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if eligibility conditions are not met or if fraud is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; they must first be used for wagering.
• Some bonuses are valid for specific games or game categories only.

Rollover Calculation

Rollover requirements refer to the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you must place bets totalling MYR 1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards the rollover.

All games offered at cm8game use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system verified by an accredited independent testing body. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical fault is present.
• Should a technical disruption occur during gameplay, cm8game will resolve the affected round in accordance with standard game rules.
• CM8Game reserves the right to void bets or game rounds if a significant technical fault or error is detected.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any method that exploits system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

A full record of all gaming transactions is maintained by the cm8game system and can be referenced in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes.

By using the cm8game platform, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and to respect all other users on the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language across any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities or payment system weaknesses to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat in multiplayer games.
• Using another person's account credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Spreading false information about cm8game on social media or any other platform.

CM8Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms or if there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to:

• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Proven registration of multiple accounts.
• Fraud, document forgery, or the submission of false identity information.
• Attempts at money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
• Self-exclusion requests activated by the player.

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, cm8game reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances. The original deposit will be refunded once the investigation is complete and no misconduct is proven. The refund process typically takes 3–5 working days.

All content on the cm8game platform — including logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of cm8game or third parties who have licensed it to cm8game. This content is protected under Malaysian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or use any content from the cm8game platform for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from cm8game management.

CM8Game is not liable for any losses arising from the use of this platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Each player is fully responsible for their own wagering decisions. CM8Game does not provide financial advice and is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of their wagering activity.

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the use of the cm8game platform, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact cm8game customer support via live chat or email and describe your dispute in detail.
2. Our support team will investigate the issue and provide a response within 48 working hours.
3. If you are not satisfied with the decision provided, you may escalate your complaint to senior management through the same channel.
4. The decision of cm8game senior management is final on all matters relating to gaming activity and bonuses.

CM8Game is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Records of all transactions and gaming activity are retained for a minimum of 12 months for dispute reference purposes.

CM8Game reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via an in-account notice or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
